Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes hanging out in her home state … and we have them being cute and flirty on a date.

The country singer and “Outer Banks” star stepped out in Nashville on Tuesday night, hitting up Robert’s Western World for dinner to enjoy some live music.

We have this video of Kelsea and Chase sitting face to face at a table…and he leans over to whisper in her ear before he puts his hand on her. To be honest, things are moving along for the new couple.

People who were there say it was clear they were enjoying each other’s company over appetizers — no kissing or heavy PDA, but they were vibing, chatting and generally getting along.

It looks like it could have been a one night stop in downtown Nashville because they were only at Robert’s for about 30 minutes before they left.

TMZ broke the story … Chase confirmed he and Kelsea are an item after they hit it off at the football national championship game at LA’s SoFi Stadium. He told us she was a sweet girl and they had a great time together.
